A lovely species native to the medium altitudes of the Atlantic Rain Forest of eastern Brazil. Seldom growing to over a foot tall in an upright rosette, its leaves are a handsome green/gray with large reddish spots. The inflorescence is stunning, pendant, silvery-pink, hanging to below the bottom of the plant. Can be grown potted or mounted. Prefers slightly cooler conditions but grows well in Florida as long as it gets good quality water.
