Terms And Conditions Of Sale
Prices herein cancel all previously published prices or quotes, written
or oral.
Pricing, coupons, terms and guarantee in the Cargo Report apply to
retail purchases only.
No minimum order.
A $4 per box handling fee will be added to
all plant orders.
Tropiflora will pay all or part of basic shipping charges by Priority
Mail or Ground UPS for plant orders as follows: Over $1000 we will pay
all basic shipping. $501 to $999 we will pay two thirds. For orders
between $150 and $500; one third. Plant orders under $150 will be
required to pay all actual shipping charges. This applies to plant
orders shipped to addresses in the U.S. and its territories, by Priority
Mail or UPS ground. If shipping by Fed Ex, UPS air service or other
premium services is required, the difference in cost above that of UPS
ground will be billed to the consignee. Free or assisted shipping does
not include the box charge or any c.o.d., insurance, oversize or
destination surcharges. If paying by check, we ask a 50% shipping
deposit for Alaska and Hawaii. Bromeliad shipments to Hawaii and all
plant shipments to Arizona require a phytosanitary certificate from the
State of Florida, which costs $60. Arizona shipments must be sent to an
approved receiving location for inspection.
Supplies and Books shipped separately
from
plants are shipped at actual cost, no box charge will apply.
Foreign Orders:
Actual shipping and handling costs will be billed, please add a 50%
shipping deposit if not paying by credit card. Foreign plant shipments
usually sent by Express Mail Service where available, books and supplies
by surface mail. (Excess deposit money, if any, will be refunded after
shipping). Foreign credit card orders will be billed a 5% surcharge to
cover bank fees. Please include your import permit as may be required.
Phytosanitary certificates are $60 when needed.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED, WE HAVE PRIDE IN OUR PRODUCTS
We will replace any part of your order with which you are
not satisfied, or refund your money, for any reason*.
If you are not satisfied with any part of your shipment upon arrival,
notify us within five business days for instructions. Please file a
claim with the carrier for anything damaged in shipment. We will replace
the items, but a claim must be made. Any items returned will be at
buyers expense. No other guarantee is expressed or implied. (*Exception:
Items ordered from a 3rd party on your behalf carry no guarantee.)
