Adenium obesum 'Desert Rose' One of the most desirable of the caudiciform succulents. Noted for its thick, often contorted base and beautiful trumpet-shaped blooms in shades of pink to red. Keep moist and well fed during the growing season and allow to dry well between watering when dormant. Trim longer stems to encourage branching and elevate the caudex when repotting to expose best characteristics. Our plants have thick bases and many are branching.

Bombax ellipticum A natural bonsai tree from southwestern Mexico is often a cliff dweller which forms a globose caudex from the size and shape of a cantaloupe to several feet across.
