orders shipped by ‘Tropiflora Standard’ go by UPS Ground or Priority Mail
within the 48 states when possible, by air when conditions (large distance,
weather, etc.) require it. If weather conditions dictate or you desire a

Customer pays all shipping and handling charges, unless otherwise specifically

Auction items are not subject to further coupons, discounts or wholesale
pricing. Bid price does not include shipping or handling charges.
Unless
otherwise noted, customer will be required to pay all actual shipping
charges, plus a $4 per box handling fee, with a minimum combined total
of $15.00.
Note: CITES regulated plants, such as orchids, cacti, Euphorbias,
Aloes, etc. may not be exported. Sorry.

WARRANTEE
Sales of auction items are final. No refunds or exchanges without express
permission. We guarantee safe arrival, if a safe and approved shipping
method is used. A damage claim must be filed with the carrier upon
arrival if problems are found. Our warranty extends to replacement in
kind or equivalent value in merchandise if item is out of stock. No
other guarantee is expressed or implied.
